Lhasa to Kathmandu

Marc Davey has set himself a huge personal challenge – and all in aid of WONDERWorks!  On 25^th April he’ll be setting out in an attempt to mountain bike from Lhasa to Kathmandu.  Over fifteen days, the 1,150km  journey will take him over six major passes before reaching the edge of the Tibetan Plateau at Thang La (5,200m) and then the longest descent in the world (4,600m) into Nepal. The trip will also include a four day off road trip to Base Camp Everest on the Tibetan side.
