Photovoice Exhibition

At 10.30am on Tuesday 22nd January 2013 WONDERWorks will be holding a photo exhibition and talk at ABWM House, 88 Jalan Terasek 8, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Our presentation will include a photo exhibition which has never before been shown to the public. The photos are not professional photos, but were taken by teenage entertainment workers themselves for a personal project called Photovoice. The girls were asked to take photographs that they felt reflected their story and to add their own captions. The photos were never intended for public display, but we have been entrusted with them to offer insight to people outside Nepal, into their world.
