Only a few days to go before Marc leaves for Tibet to begin his fundraising mountain bike journey from Lhasa to Kathmandu. He needs to acclimatise in Lhasa for three days before setting out (with an oxygen tank!) on the 25th April. Energy bars, Imodium, Jack Daniels and other essentials are all packed and the recommended Tetanus and Diphtheria shots are done – he’s ready to roll!
