Support for rebuilding schools

It was great to catch up with Maya Gurung and Shailee Basnet yesterday and hear all about their latest efforts to not only rebuild schools, but to rebuild them even better than before the earthquake!

Maya and Shailee are well known for their incredible achievement as part of the Seven Summits Women Team, who are the first ever female team in the world to climb the highest mountain in each continent.  The team is now working on education, empowerment and environment and we’re delighted to be able to continure our support for their work, much of which is in Sindhpalchok, an area known for women trafficking.

These ladies are fantastic role models and WONDERWorks is priviledged to have Maya as our Patron.
